Default office wanted
no-one here happens to have an office to let that hasn't quite made it into the property journal, do they?

i'm looking for an averaged size room, dosen't have to be massive or anything as it'll just be me using it.

otherwise, does anyone know of any solicitors offices that have lots of offices available?

Watch out with offices, although they can be cheap on the surface (rooms can go for absolute peanuts), the hidden charges such as business rates can really mount the price up. It's probably worth phoning round a few companies and asking if they'd be willing to sublet a room to you though - you never know what it might bring

How much would you be willing to pay a month, out of curiosity?

I got quoted £300 p/m [inc rates] for an office on Union Street, so no more than that.

Scott, what kind of size you looking for?

£300 including rates sounds pretty good.

Dunno if its viable but working from home (like me) is pretty good. Although Im thinking of opening a studio premises.
