Hello, anyone got any rooms to rent or anything?

18 year old male, non smoker

Currently work as IT Support Technician and studying my NVQ lvl 3...

dont really have the biggest of budgets i make around £650 per month after tax.

willing to pay around £300 p.m

£300 a month for a share of a flat is a bit much considering your earnings. you can get good 2 bedroom flats for about £400 - £450 if you look hard enough. now's a good time to look as well. summer's crap as returning students snap em up.

do the rounds of the solicitors as well, they usually publish a weekly listing of all their rental properties.

incidentally, anyone want to sell me a flat? i'm being kicked out of mine in two months as the landlady's selling up but it's a bit too pricey for us to buy off her.
