this is a bit of a mind fuck, think i'm looking at it from lepeeps point of view

i get the looking for the particle bit and how the bodies will interact with each other

but how can they accurately simulate the conditions after the big bang?

surely to do that they would have to simulate the actual big bang and that must be impossible?
