Boris isn't a certin or the idiot he acts like. I think he's a very intelligent man with odious right wing views. I think he was elected because the contest was a 'Ken vs Boris' contest and Ken has pissed enough people off, as have Labour.

Eh? 'Charisma' is a quality I'd also associate with Winston Churchill, Martin Luther King and Gandhi. Charisma is a positive trait.

Also, the Prime Minister isn't a leader?
