No, it isn't, and I get the impression this guy decided to say it was the first instance of "web-rage" because he was chuffed with coming up with the term "web-rage", otherwse it wouldn't be remotely newsworthy.

What the fuck is unlawful wounding? You can't beat up a burglar these days without doing jail time, making it pretty irelevent.

I would imagine that "lawful" wounding mostly describes surgery.
