Baked Beans are nourishing. They contain fibre and certain vitamins. However, you couldn't really live on them. There's too much sugar and preservatives to make them healthy, and ultimately they just aren't substantial enough. Also you'd get bored shitless.
Baked Beans mostly seem to be made in the same factory, despite the packaging. Cheaper tins just contain more sauce.
People tend to stick with one or two brands. Some people like processed sausage things in theirs, but they're still eating shite, more of the same differently packaged.

what i meant was that it was convenient, quick and satisfying (which is a good thing...yes?)
