It's probably just me but whenever I see Kate Moss I just think of Dierdre from 'Corrie' - especially the turkey neck and puckered lips. I imagine Kate Moss smells of fags, sweat and cheap perfume. How can a creature so repulsive be held up as something of beauty? The world has gone fucking mad.

I've always thought that Kate Moss would've been a Charlie Red sort of girl.

Don't really know why though.

I sat about 5ft away from her at a do in London Harvey Nicks a few years back and yes she did stink of fags, she sat and chain smoked all night.

Pete D, why is he not in prison, see he got let off again yesterday for driving with no insurance, no MOT and possessing crack, coke, amphetamines and various other sweeties. What's that, 7th slap on the wrist in the last year?

I find all the antics of these pop /fashion folks amusing when i read about them in the paper each day. I find they bring me a smile, be it a distasteful aesthetic they represent. Although they have done as they do for years and it should be no surprise that they continue to do so. I consider Pete to be a genuinely talented musician and songwriter, regardless of how he preens to sycophants or has horribly judged documentaries made about him. He aint got much of a singing voice but i do believe he has passion and creativity with a haphazardly ramshackle idealism that i find i enjoy. I consider singing voices more to do with the potentiously pretentious idea of having a surreal or political or whatever view it is within a song, and if they have some sort of fallible feeling in the timbre of their voice ,more important than the Simon Cowell idealism that all "pop" singers should sing like angels. I enjoy singers both in tune and out of tune.
As with Kate Moss, i can take her or leave her. Noone should look up to these people as idols, but with regards to the lifestyles of "rock'n roll" couplings of the past, should we be so quick to judge?

Stick him in jail, he shouldn't even have be driving the idiot. He could easily knock someone down the state that he is any time you see him on camera. Did you see him on Live8, he didn't even know where the exit off the stage was.

Honestly, why is it ok for these clueless celebs to get away with atrocious behaviour like that. Anybody else and they'd be for it... they don't even appear to have any remorse.

I return to the old arguement: what is everyone's problem with Pete Doherty? He's not the first muscian to be a drug addict, he won't be the last. I suspect the main reason people have zero tolerance for him is because they don't like his music, not because of his behaviour. If he appealed to the majority you'd all be shaking your head and tutting 'Oh that Pete! What will he get up to next?'
Personally I've warmed to the guy, he's obviously fucked up and he's done some stupid stuff but he's been made a scapegaot by the press. The implication that he was leading Kate Moss down some depraved path is laughable. She's a model, she was recruited at the beginning of the heroin chic phase of the 90s when she was 14. Is anyone really suggesting that Pete was the first person to expose her to drugs?

Thing is, the amount of illegal things he's been caught doing, and he still isn't sent to prison? Hardly seems fair does it? If you or I were caught that many times, we'd be banged up in Craiginches. Please don't tell me otherwise. That's certainly one of the reasons I despise him, as well as the fact that his music is shit.

Celebrity or not, they should all be treated the same as us mere mortals. Paris Hilton got what was coming to her - a fairly lenient sentence though - so I think courts but especially judges should be tougher on celebs breaking the law. Maybe if Pete was put inside he'd get a well deserved hiding in the process.
