Agreed, when I noticed that particular track (Nazi Supermen are our Superiors) was the opening song at their recent AECC gig Im surprised there was no adverse reaction from the crowd. The fact it was a UK No1 for 18 weeks running also went largely unnoticed. Where the media backlash?! Double standards indeed.
The whole overblown Nazi scandal about Brian Ferry probably influenced the voting in the government of California elections where jewish refugee candidiate Arnold 'Robocop' Scharzenegger narrowly defeated his nearest rival Otis Ferry. Mind you Im surprised Otis didnt play the 'racism' card given that he could have become the first black Governor of Texas.

Berlin were only one hit wonders in Europe, they were semi sucessful in the States. Even meriting a Bands reunited show on VH-1.

I know far too much pointless pop trivia for my own good.

I was trying REALLY hard not to, but I couldn't resist joining in the 'Bunker Sessions' tracklisting. How about....

'Super StormTrooper'

'Workin' in a coalmein kampf'

'It's only make beliEva'

'Is she really going out with Himmler?'

'Goring is a Moron'

'Tie a yellow Ribbentrop round the old oak tree'

and, if we're talking Girls Aloud....'Watch me Goebbels'.

My mates were out in a beer garden in Camden with their three year old daughter and Amy Winehouse homed in on the poor child, saying, "Aowww, she's laaavly". After she'd staggered away the traumatised toddler said, "Mummy, who was the lady in the big black hat?"
