So who watches Eurovision then? PB says if ever there was a night to sit down in front of the TV with some friends and a whole load of industrial strength cocktails this is it. Here comes the precursor - the annual woefest of choosing our own lamb to the slaughter... now a procession of has-beens and never wases on their way down/up to Channel 5 reality show obscurity. Really, 'Making Your Mind Up' and then the Eurovison shebang is the closest thing we have in the modern era to a Victorian freakshow. Revel in it - me, I'm going to lie down and try to erase the painful memories of a preggers Jordan in shocking pink PVC. I recoil just typing that.

In our house on EV nite we do the hardcore cocktails too - and dress up as Europeans, plug the Tele into a PA and switch the disco lights on. Its hideous. I love it.
For the UK qualifiers tho, we'll prob do a scaled down version with just the cocktails to numb the car crash TV that will no doubt unfold.
