Hello allsome and welcome wilkommen, bienvenue to the spanking nu Boo forum. Huzzah!

If youse are a stranger to Planet Boo, the first thing I'll say is hey, don't be a stranger (it's OK to be stranger, but that's completely different). Planet Boo is many things to many people. We have two websites, planetboo.co.uk and planetboo.com. The first is the Boo HQ, so have a lookie around, and buy from the Boomart, read the Boozine, bid on Boobay and report back. The second (launched any day now) site is for you bands out there who want to produce merchandise. We offer a service where we produce cheap, low run t-shirts, badges, stickers etc for you to give to mates, sell at gigs or just dance suggestively with.

Plusplusplus, we are a rekord kompany. Latest release is from those lovely Real Shocks people. Visit their website too - realshocks.com.

On this forum I'd like to see intelligent political discussions, debates over Audrey Hepburn films, surreal meaningless badinage and witty bon mots. I don't want boooring threads about metal, The Matrix, what punk is, who's fucking who, you know the score....

I am the moderator, twisted moderator, ookookookoookooook... must work out how to make this thread a sticky...

Jesus back! You know about 'Daisies'! You're probably the only person I know outside of The Yummy Fur who knows about the film that I've not converted! Yaay!

It's on the "European Cinema" course at AU and is a damn fine film. Most people hated it, but I thought it was pretty goddamn ace. Pleasure to meet a fellow fan.

I am extremely jealous! When I did my film course 'Daisies', due to it being banned and stuff, was like gnat's teeth to get hold of and therefore we weren't able to study it, despite my tutor's best efforts. I had to get a DVD from the States as it's not available in Europe.

If you are doing nowt else come down to the Planet Boo nite at Dr Drakes on June 9th where said film will be projected nice and large across any wall that'll have it.
