odd dreams...

I think it must be the heat... is anyone else getting a lot of really vivid dreams of late? I mean really vivid, almost hallucnogenic dreams that seem to go on forever? Just me then... Mad, sexually charged dreams keep encroaching on the Boo bedchamber, a lot about exes and (obviously) Betty Boo, most of them revolving around hair. Is it possible to have acid flashbacks in ones sleep?
I always have lettuce and dark chocolate rather than cheese in the evening because it's supposed to not only aid restful sleep but also fresh breath. Maybe I was given a bum steer...

I don't watch Lost - all in all, kinda shit concept - but I did catch like 5 minutes of it last night as I was getting ready and last night I had a crazy crazy fucke up dream about being stuck down in that shaft thing that they appeared to be in, and chasing down corridors and things.

and then kylie was there with me, but she was evil and held a gun to my head, but then dannii rushed in and told her not to kill me because I had just written a song for Dannii so that she'd finally get a hit.

then i woke up.

I dreamt about the end of the world as we know it through natural disaster twice within two weeks. That was unsettling. Two methods to boot: a meteor and a really big tsunami striking the coast of... Montrose.

I frequently have pretty bizarre dreams, recent snapshots have included a scene where an old woman sitting in a horse drawn farmers cart is sharing a hookah with 2 chimpanzees while the 3 engage in light conversation, or batman punching rhinos and giraffes to death set to the soundtrack of an old vaudeville style silent movie for example.
Wierdly I quite often suddenly remember dreams that I had years ago, even dreams from my childhood, strange indeed.

I met Betty Boo on a country lane in the sunshine. It was very hot and she was chainsmoking. She also had the most amazing hair - and I don't mean in the way that she usually has amazing hair, I mean it was so amazing it was magical, hypnotic, hallucinogenic. We sat on a log and got chatting, and all I could say was, 'Why are you smoking? You don't smoke. Where did you get your hair cut? You're too thin, you're starting to look like Teri Hatcher'.

Oh wait, maybe that wasn't my dream.

I was dreaming last night that I was up in a rainbow shaped hot air balloon with a 5' mouse (one of my mates is dealing with a mouse infestation just now and was telling me all the gruesome tales earlier on in the pub).Anyway, back from the tangent, There was a knock on the side of the basket so I open the basket door, and a unicorn comes flying in..... and stabs the mouse with his horn. I then woke abruptly. Makes no sense but I extremely strunken at the time. Only managed to get about 3 hours too. I often dream of rainbows and unicorns and it's not the first time I've dreamt I was in a hot air balloon either - I wonder what gives with that? I'm sure there was something to do with lightening in the dream too - but I can't remember that part.......

I had a dream where I was in a mario game and the girl in the dress (peaches?) began to give birth. I had to reach inside of her to pull out these black spiders which were spurting goo.

It's definately the heat.
