I Fly Spitfires is a club night which runs one Friday each month at the Tunnels, Carneiges Brae, Aberdeen. Being backed by the likes of 'Drowned in Sound', we are the sibling clubnight of the highly successful nights that run in Cabaret Voltaire, Edinburgh and The Barfly, Glasgow. We like to think of ourselves as the black sheep of the family.

The club night will run in the format of bands playing from 8pm, with the clubnight running afterwards until 3am. So if you want to rawk, dance, or just check it out, then head on down!

Our first clubnight runs on Friday 18th August and features:

Grand Prix '86
Right Hand Left
Fiction/Action

Entry is £3 and doors open at 8pm. (first band on at 8.30pm)

Also appearing and firmly part of the team are the wonderful One-Up Records DJ team playing tunes just for you and your feet.

(We know the flyer says Valentine will be performing, however they have since been replaced by Fiction/Action due to other commitments (Fiction/Action tell us their new ep will be on finally on sale that night). Valentine will be playing at a spitfires club night in the future).
