the theme of the night is to see how many requests for 'the darkness' and 'la bamba' it takes before i crack and head towards the bar for a pint of courage.

hmm sounds like fun. i went to moshulu last sat. vaguely remember pole dancing to guns and roses and air guitar-ing to the darkness- thus promptly falling on my arse over the step... hmm....

Friday appears to be "Seemingly endless dirge of shit emo with some proper music thrown in to keep up appearances" night.

But the atmosphere is good, and the music tends to pick up towards the end of the night.

Friday night is Bond*age, which is, contrary to popular belief, ACROSS THE BOARD alternative music. Most house beverages £1.75 all night. $3.50 entrance or £2.50 for students/members before 11:30pm

i wish people would stop complaining about the *types* of music they hear on fridays

as flik says its accross the bourd alterative whcih is exactly what ross plays. i for one really enjoy the night and i danced for about 2 hours (even the darkness) im a music lover and i dont really have a preference to what is good or bad so i like all the music played altho.....

ross played justin timberlake which i wasnt happy about but he made up for that by playing my fav primus song (after me hounding him and the other dj's for 3 weeks )
