I left early cos i didn't know any of the tunes, and Beluga's breakfast was on offer.....

Everyone else seemed to enjoy it but i did wonder for a while if i'd strolled into a gay bar as there were FAAAAAR more blokes than girls.

Maybe I was just too blootered after seeing stairway to Zepplin - cos i coudl swear i didn't hear most of those tunes on that set list!.. ah well.

I did play it...it's on the playlist. Between Saul Williams and Super Furry Animals.

Heh...the Narc posse were out in full force tonight. They loved it, I could tell

Apologies to Larsen B for not getting all his requests fitted in.

I always wondered what happened to the people that dog left behind...guess I'm away to find out!

You didn't know any of the tunes? I was more concerned that the stuff I was playing was overplayed and over-familiar, TBH. Ach well, everyone's different. Sorry we couldn't meet your needs, maybe next time.

I didn't think the guy/girl ratio was any different from usual. We do try to keep the clientele on the distaff side, but maybe it was just one of those nights.

I just want to apologise for the last song tonight (Tuesday). It was our assistant manager's leaving night out, and it was imposed upon me from on high. Mutters of "worst last song ever" were heard...

Indeed it was! And I believe not from the specific "60's, 70's, 80's" ephemera that is advertised. Like Bill Haley and the Comets...

I actually quite enjoyed it though, way better than the other Tuesdays I have been, and it wasn't too busy which meant we all got a seat. However, why do all the ugly old people come out on Tuesday? I reckon it suits you down to the ground, David....

You make it sound like I left with her. I should point out that all I left with was extreme embarrassment, and the posse of course

Last night was indeed surprisingly fun. There was a good atmosphere, probably because 60s tunes aren't aggressive. Aggression in pop music? What a silly idea. Rage Against The Machine? Pah!

Even Volunteers by Jefferson Airplane isn't aggressive, but it could still inspire a revolution. Thanks to Dave for playing it
