The building housing Moshulu / The Bassment / Rileys and another floor above Rileys that does sweet FA is for sale.

It is overpriced to buggery and thus they`ll be lucky to sell it for the amount that are hoping for.

It caused a small panic yesterday morning but after a brief phone call to the landlord it was all sorted and normal service has resumed.

It`s been for sale before but everyone who has shown an interest and gotten a survey found that it was grossly overpriced and that the tennants were paying an enormous amount of money above the market rent. Sadly as tennents..... we HAVE no choice but to pay this rediculous figure..... so please can people stop ripping up our seats as it`s bloody annoying and cost about £7,000 to recover them.
