Compare that with a similar view from some muso festivals where the audience might well look like a group of urological paitents trying to pass gallstones!

They enjoyed themselves but equally, If it is not your thing, fine. You have made that quite clear.

What harm are a few posters & other promo activities by people who don't have the marketing budget of a large commercial festival going to do to you? Its not difficult to ignore.
