Default Francoise Barriere in Aberdeen

Hi,

At 6pm on Thursday 1st November we will fill the Picture Gallery in Marischal College with loudspeakers and enjoy a multi-channel klangfest of exciting music connected with the pioneering French electroacoustic Music Studios in Bourges, France - IMEB (www.imeb.net). The co-director Francoise Barriere will be in residence performing three pieces by composers associated with the studios, including herself. The second half consists of British pieces associated with the studios by Adrian Moore and Diana Simpson as well as the first performance of a new piece by Pete Stollery entitled Back to Square One, composed in the studios at Bourges this year.

The concert is free - donations on the door.

I'd say 6pm tomorrow would be a good place to start, it's not as if it will cost you anything!

The £8 bus journey in and out.

The decision of what to do with my day.

That was a pretty rude reply.

Sorry I didn't mean to be rude, it just seemed like the obvious and best place to start.
