Actually, the bar is going to have a much more traditional look. They're even putting in a snug!

As for extending the size of the bar and the toilets in the club, there's a limited amount of space to play with, and it would take major structural changes (which would have a knock-on effect in terms of reducing capacity) to make them bigger. Everyone wants a bigger bar area in the club, but there's just no feasible way of making it happen. There's a lift shaft and a supporting wall between the bar and glass collection areas which can't be removed.

As I recall it was too impractical to be dragging the stock over the danceflooor to the bottle bar when it inevitably was drunk dry by sweaty revellers so it seems unlikely that it'll be resurrected sadly.

That's where the glasswasher is. Even if that was moved, and behind the bar re-designed so that service was possible from that area, the queue for the bar would cause a crush in the alcove there and probably spill onto the dancefloor. Also, that's a seating area, so there would be less tables and chairs. And, where would the glass collectors put the empty glasses?
