Flat still isn't finalised. I've noticed that Edinburgh is a strange market - flats are frequently available but go quickly. My moving date of 1st August doesn't suit private landlords as they want someone in as soon as possible. So I suspect it won't get sorted for another week. And I hate paying agency fees, so very few of them are now options really.

Employment isn't sorted yet either.

But yes. Beers. I'll be in touch once I'm down and we can get wired in to the good stuff.

I'm supposed to be having someone move in at the end of August, but if it doesn't happen or work out for whatever reason the room's yours. I wish I'd known you were moving through before I'd agreed to it!

That's a big pity, but my friend Stewcat is moving down with me, so we're after 2 bedrooms...'cause, y'know, we're not that close friends yet.
