Hi folks,
We're moving to New Zealand soon, and we've planned a leaving do for 19th July at a small-ish venue in Aberdeen. However, it's going to be a pretty quiet leaving do, unless we can find a band! We were originally after a ceilidh, but going on the numbers and the venue, we don't think it will really work. So instead we're looking for a good folk/ rock band who can play some traditional Scottish stuff, as well as some of the more contemporary stuff - some Dylan, Fairport, Pentangle et al, and maybe some classic rock stuff as well. And if you can throw in a couple of ceilidh tunes while you're at it, we can throw in some drinks for you too!
Anyone with a band that can cover all or even some of these bases, please do get in touch. Or if you know of any bands we should get in touch with, let us know.
