Our band Stroszek have decided that we would like to add to our present line-up by adding a drummer to the band.

We are currently a three piece featuring in a drum machine but I would like a drummer to join the band to add an extra dynamic to our sound and make our sound more interesting and challenging. We've got a lot lot of gigs coming up including gigs in the Lemon Tree and one in Glasgow.

We're normally compared to Joy Division, The Cure etc but are influenced just as strongly by bands like Galaxie 500, Wire, Lush, Cocteau Twins, Sigor Ros for example so Id like to move our music away from the limited sound of the drum machine and push our music into more interesting and diverse areas. Untill then we are more than happy to continue ahead with the drum machine anyway!
