Just newly got the keys and paid the lease on my own practice base. I Have a few people who will be using this room up to now but to make it more successful I need some more bands. It will be cheap..maybe the cheapest but if you are in a band, or know someone who needs a practice slot for any time of the week then give me a PM. I reckon there can be about a maximum of 8 - 10 hours per band per week.

Its Langstane place. Street runs paralell to Union Street and is about 25 metres off of it.

And what's it got? Costing too? You need to give a bit more info.

The cost will vary between bands. A band of 2 wouldn't have to pay the same as a band of 5 and things like that. I'd be looking for a maximum of £50 per month for bands practising in the base. There will be a drumkit, bass and guitar cabinets. Probably guitar and bass amps and, if possible soon, a PA system. And an armchair we carried there yestarday night from my work.

Cool well how many folk have you got interested? We're always looking for somewhere cheaper to practice so this may be an idea. Would it be possible to organise a visit and see what it is like?
