You're being pretty vague - are you looking for someone to make you a video?

If you have a budget, I'd suggest The Forest Of Black

If you don't have a budget, do it yourself, plenty of ace videos have been done this way.

Seriously, you should consider just making one yourself/with a friend who'll charge nothing. Spending money on a 'fancy' music video these days is pretty stupid - with MTV2 gone to shit and the disposable nature of things like youtube, etc, it doesn't really matter how 'polished' the video looks. Even fairly big indie labels are only spending a few thousand per video on their 'big acts'.

It's something we're just toying around with just now and I was just wanting to look into it a bit. We only discussed the idea today, one of the options was to make the video ourselves
