Default Cheapest gear/guitars you've ever seen?

Anyone ever found some amazing website or something of uber cheap guitars, cosmetic defect and all that jazz which knocked off a couple of bob of some good guitars?

never found a cheaper selction, but you just go to do your home work when scanning the net for a guitar, ive seen up to £100 difference in price for the same product

They need new strings from the off, a decent setup/intonation..... a bit rough round the edges (ends of frets = can be dressed if a little sharp).... but can be made quite nicely playable.... seem like v good quality p/u's........(bought one for my son)

Was meaning more where i could get big brands cheaper for any reason. I suppose it was a silly question.

Pure luck more than anything else. There is no central repository of bargain-licious guitars - that would be too easy! These things happen by accident - badly described/miscategorised ebay auctions or face to face transactions with people who don't know (or aren't concerned with for whatever reason) the worth of the item concerned.

Probably one, if not the best, deals I ever got was on my Gibson Melodymaker from Millers 249 quid for the P90 loaded one. It's magic and my guitar of choice just now.
