Hi Folks,

I am currently looking for a room or rooms to set up a rehearsal space for my self and a couple of bands.

NOT a commercials venture I just require room approximately 6m x 6m that I can set up all of my and my bands kit for jamming and recording.

Would like the space to be secure so we are able to leave the equipment there on a permanent basis.

Preferably situated in Aberdeen city but short commutes to the surrounding area also possible.

Most importantly and probably the biggest ask is 24 hours access within reason for usage, recording or rehearsing……..obviously a residential area will not be suitable, sound proofing will be required…...
