Stumbled across this website the other day:
Ricci Adams' Musictheory.net

Completely free theory resource containing lessons and trainers all done using flash. You can also download the whole site for offline use.

As I'm currently trying to improve my theory knowledge I think this kind of thing is excellent, especially for doing something constructive during my lunch hour.

Thought others might find it useful.

Yeah, that is a good site. Whilst on the topic of theory. If a song is in E lydian, what key is it in?

If you mean what scale you'd need to play over a chord progression to be in E Lydian then it's B Major
