YouTube - example of simple bass drum triggering

Interesting video of someone using kick drum midi triggering in an unusual way, using it to advance a step sequencer.

There was a patch on the Yamaha V-Drums that had a blues bassline sequence triggered by the kick pedal. Pretty cool. Jam with it for hours... ...or maybe ten minutes.
And I wondered where David Blaine had gotten to. Anyone else see that. He's a bit shag but it looks like him a little... ...no.
