Wink Singing drummers....

noticed that a ot lately in the post hardcore/emo scene, i think thats pretty cool.
not making much of a statement, but what does everyone else think?

It's not that hard, particularly if it's just backing vocals. Just make sure you're not tensed up, as that will affect your voice. If you're confident and relaxed about what you're playing on the drums, the singing bit is easy.

the drummer in my band, Dee, can sing and play.

her old band, Doob, she was the main vocalist. they played Drakes in the summer.

For singing Drummers you must see 'the dangerfields'.

Think they play Dr Drakes on 30th Oct.

personally i think it looks fucking dumb when the drummers do the main vocals. backing vocals fair enough, but to do the lead? well that's just silly.
