Default Best Tele between £900-£1200
Right I was thinking of getting an Ash American Deluxe Tele as my next geetar. Wondering if there are any superior Tele's worth considering around the same price mark

If you are set on a Fender then let it be so I had a 52 RI which was really good. However why don't you try a Robin. I think they are very good guitars made to order for you.

Yes, 52 RI would be my choice, or a thin skin from Dave's guitar which would be similar but with bigger frets:

According to a lot of people on the Fender forum it's worth buying a japanese model directly from japan.
