i have a warp for sale (with the 12v adapter) for a paltry sum of 45 pounds

but tbh i think you need a valve amp. althoguh the avt has a nice clean channel, it sounds crap on distortion and doesnt have any kind of power when you push distortion through it.

they sound totally different to the stock ones and miles better.

You'll probably get much the same sound from the AVT regardless of what pedals you put into it. I doubt whether you'll have enough clean headroom to project the extreme low end of pedals like the Warp.

What is your idea of a powerful sound? Is it one with more gain/bottom end or one with more attack, punch and mid? (which is my preference)
