Default Roland MicroCube

Anybody here have one?

Using a 50 watt valve amp is a pain in the arse at home, so I'm interested in picking one of these up for home use after reading good things about them on the web.

Think I'll have to pick one up, I'm not expecting valve tone but a decent sounding truly portable amp for around the house sounds like a winner.

Do they have them in R&B/Bruce Millers, and if so are they ridiculouysly overpriced compared with mailorder outlets?

I got mine online just cause Rnb and BM were out of stock at the time... BM is the main stockist of them, all the guitar teaching rooms are kitted out with them for lessons these days.

Mine cost about £70 about a month after they first came out.

Thought I'd resurect this thread as I finally got my hands on one of these.

They really are great for practising in the house, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Yeah. I can only say I told you so.

Did you go mail order in the end?

Yip, got one from Peter Cooks, worked out the same cost as buying locally but no one had them in stock up here.
