Arrow Best gig you've ever been to...

and why?

Mine would have to be Mogwai at the Barras last year... Mindblowingly good and they played all the good stuff.

Hmmm, can narrow it down to about 5

Barenaked Ladies in Edinburgh - stunning gig, by a great band,

The Eagles - Glasgow - Legends and absolutely amazing musicians,

Brian May - Edinburgh - my first ever gig, amazing guitarist

Marilllion and Jo McCafferty - Sheffield - 2 of my favourite musicians live, great atmosphere, stunning musicians

Fish - Warm up show in Dalkeith - about 100 fans in a small venue watching a great set of musicians

Cheers

Stuart

2002 Devin Townsend- Glasgow Garage. amazing!

Went with Dan Atom, Dechristianise and Hatebreeder.

A close second was Type O Negative at Donington 1996 (i think)

The have clearest live sound!

I would have said Sepultura were the highlight that day due to no Max.
Burton C. Bell and Evan guesting was pretty cool.

I cant think of a favourite, there just so many superb gigs i've been to that it's nigh on impossible to choose.
Picking a favourite live band is easier, but causes almost the same amount of problems

Ohh a choice of 3 . Syl at the garage in glasgae. Maiden last year front row! Or DreamTheater in london. syl was my first really heavy gig but just dosnt compete with my 2 favorite bands of all time.

Microphones, Dr Drakes, April 03. As always. Although by the sounds of things the Craig B gig on Sunday was of a similar level...
