Default favourite radio show?

my radio is broken so i'm subjected to the wonder that is internet radio...anyone have any favourite BBC radio shows or other little gems that i would never uncover save for your fantastic help?

currently i like the lockup on radio one

if your on the net, check out idobi radio, plays pop-punk stuff. good idea is to download iTunes and you get heaps that way.

Total Rock (via Sky Digital) on a sunday morning is good, its the punk and roll show with some aussie chick. haven't listened to it for ages, so i dunno if its still on.

don't listen to commercial radio much, not my cup of tea most of the time.

John Peel is always worth a shot - but try here for some great live videos from a festival last year... The Mogwai and YLT ones are decent as is the reggae one,

www.idobiradio.com also good but bit samey and repetitive
