**Important Information - ‘The Figure Eight EP’ news & pre-order**

Dear all.

The long-awaited Figure Eight EP was due for release on Monday 28th April but due to circumstances out of our control we have had to put this back till Monday 19th May 2008.

You may of read that SFH had gone into administration and could not print our vinyls; our manufacturing woes haven’t ended there and we’ve been informed there’s a further delay on stock. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes anyone, this was the last thing we wanted! We will be in touch with any of you who have pre-ordered thus far with free MP3's.

Nevertheless, you can pre-order now from here:

THIS ET AL - THE FIGURE EIGHT EP

10” vinyl at £5 each with a free badge (plus £1.25 postage for UK and £2.25 for rest of world); the first 100 pre-orders will include a CD copy of the EP. We'll be in touch on Monday 12th May with a list of physical/digital stockists and a link to the Figure Eight video (photos on MySpace blog now).

To convince you its worth the wait, here’s what people have had to say about it so far:

Rock Sound 8/10

“A passionate release from yet another Yorkshire band with plenty to give”
- Angry Ape.com

“Dark, epic and well worth a listen” - Neon Buzz Magazine

“At once psychotic and tender The Figure of Eight E.P. is the sound of a band who are more than capable of realising their musical ambitions. This Et Al’s time is now; miss them at your peril”
- Music-News.com

“Indeed just what the bogie doctor ordered - 4 slabs of monolithic might from This Et Al” - Losing Today

“This is one bastard of an EP. Slint. But better”
- Audio Rodeo

“This Et Al are hardly experiencing a sophomore slump – in fact, album number two looks set to be rather special” - Sandman Magazine

Recorded with long time band friend James Kenosha over December to February, it's released on 10" vinyl, CD and all digital formats nationwide (via On The Bone Records / Pinnacle Distribution) on Monday 19th May 2008. We have some splendid artwork courtesy of Chicago artist Diana Sudyka and it features 4 new tracks (Figure Eight; Medicine Hammer; Ice Age; (The Tale Of) Frosty Jackson).

An exclusive preview of the EP can be downloaded for free right now from:
