Boo to the venue - whats wrong with it?

No Heroes is your favourite? I was listening to it today, and its GOOD, but there are better. Jane Doe is obviously a classic, and PTES and WFCC are awesome.

I think You Fail Me is massively underrated.

No Heroes is very good, but really doesn't stand out to me like Jane Doe does. I'm still not over the fact Kurt Ballou plays through a metal zone.

I'm going to try my damnedest to make it down, as i had a ticket last year, but i fell ill on the day... even it is just to see the pit in the broken vow with all the fist pumping and such-like. From what i've heard they are the best live band ever.

On the Converge topic, does anyone know what Kurt actually does with his guitar at the start of concubine?

Doesn't he play through a JMP plexi too though? Second rate distortion pedals sound pretty good through Plexi's. The vintage twang seems to get rid of the muddy, fizzy sludge Metalzones seem to have.

I've seen them 4 times and they get better everytime.

So, yes. Where is this Ivory Blacks place?

Converge were great when i saw them. A lack of any cash means that i won't be able to go to this. As for Ivory Black's location, i'd imagine putting it into Google and yielding a postcode and then doing the same with said postcode in Google maps might help a little.
