my cassette of me recording covers on a dodgy 4 track are the worst cover versions of all time. actually makes steve brookstein and all those other x factor losers look pretty good....

I dunno if many folk have heard them, but the covers of Nick Drake and John Martyn songs by Elton John are painful.

Urgh, Elton John IS painful anyway but that sounds awful....
