I'm fine thanks Frosted One! Why what had you heard? The rumours are untrue!






PS

Guess what happens when you let someone from both bands record you drumming parts. Never know where you'll end up... Can you spot my 'beat'?

Actually now that you mention it Frisky Jack, my knee hurts, I have a sore back and feeling my age! Hmmmmmm
