The Interesting music nights have often been mentioned by bands in their webpages as the best of their tours. Josephine Foster was even quoted in Wire magazine, saying her gig here was one of her year's highlights.

Also Gary Lucas (ex Beefheart, Jeff Buckley etc) raved about Aberdeen in his blog.

There seems to be a hefty shower of moany bastards who would rather sit at their computer complaining about the state of their beloved scene than get off their arses and do something constructive to support it. It's just so much easier being a fucking know it all I presume.
