Does it? Seriosuly?

i'd be surprised if there's anyone playing there that's young enough to "rock like fuck".

Is there an OAP discount for tickets?

Headliners for rock festival revealed

And it's a "monster"

The line-up for the Monsters of Rock festival has been announced.

The one-day rock festival at Milton Keynes Bowl on June 3 will be joint headlined by Alice Cooper and Deep Purple.

The hard rock festival began in 1980. Acts who have played there in the past have included Ozzy Osbourne and Guns 'N' Roses.

Tickets are due to go on sale on January 20. For ticket availability after then, go to NME Tickets or call them on 0870 1 663 663.
Well it is monsters of rock. It's not exactly going to be anything new or exciting.

I don't understand the problem here, were you planning on going to this festival anyway?!
I doubt being relevant comes into the equation, it appears to be a festival of old rock bands playing. A lot of people like those bands, and will probably have fun. FUN. FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN.

only if Sammy Hagar or that weird looking bloke from Extreme were singing - I'm assuuming Diamond Dave Lee Roth is still alive though?

Kiss would be worth watching if they had Gene's band from "Rock School" on.

Nah, I'm not a big fan of the bands playing, and wouldn't be able to afford it after ATP anyway. Still, I'm sure if you liked the bands it'd be fun! And if you enjoy it, then that throws any notion of relevance out the window, as far as I'm concerned.
