Was wonderin what the best places in and about aberdeen are the best places to send your demo off too?any help would be very much appreciated

Depends what you're looking for, really. If you're looking for gigs, get in touch with Rico AUBL or Brian Fudge (they've both got forums on this site). Jamesy from Moshulu and Hen from The Tunnels may be able to help you out as well.
