Default Parrot fronts Death-Metal Band

Apologies if you Death-Metal fans are already aware of this, but I thought it was amusing...

I'm considering getting a budgie for backing vocals at the next Kitchen Cynics gig (SHIFT, next Saturday).

This was posted on here around last July.

I bought the "sh*t coloured" Beak Of Putrification 7" single - it's ace.

Much better, though, are caninus - who are fronted by a pit bull terrier.

I must have missed the original posting...oops (unless it was before April, when I joined).

Wonder which other creatures could be used as lead singers? (Pigs would be too obvious, .....maybe something local (although sheep have already been done). How about a seagull-fronted metal band?

You have no idea how accurate that is.

My mate has a pet seagull back home. Seriously. It was found with a broken wing as a chick & his Dad nursed it back to health.

It stays in a shed at the bottom of the garden. It can't fly away as it get's "scared".

Anyway, I digress - we were going to sample it & record Death Metal backing tracks for backing.

The band was going to be called "Shitehawk".

I seem to remember both Laura and myself starting threads on this and Caninus being included in both as well - most famous parrot on the boards perchance?

The goldfish would be christened "Ian Gill-an"

I like the random hamster thing.......sounds like something Prof Lo-Fi could investigate.

Even more of a challenge......a haddock supper from the Ashvale (gives me an excuse for getting one, make no bones about it).

*awaits the critical 'battering'*
