Default For all fans of Cecil and Voy........
Ste Williams, the frontman of Cecil and Voy has got a new band on the go called 'the fridge mountain fires'. He has been writing tons of new material and hopes to be playing live soon. Just hope the new band gets treated better from their record company than the other two...

No, hence the new band. Cecil released two albums and then changed to Voy, who released a couple of cracking e.p.'s, then got fucked over by their record company. They decided to split, and now the vocalist (Ste Williams), has formed his new project.

I seem to remember seeing a band that may have been called Cecil, supporting somebody in the Music Hall. Very angry young men, but good, I think. Would that be them?

Possibly. I saw them at the beach ballroom supporting mansun, and a headline gig at lava. They may have played other dates as well.
