Moby's pleasing but I think a lot of people got sickened of him with his constant advert-whoring

You might like a bit of Orbital or The Orb? It's worth checking out Moby's other albums as he covers quite a lot of different ground with them - 'Animal Rights' is a lot rockier than 'Play'.

He records under a lot of pseudonyms as well I believes - UHF and Voodoo Child are two off the top of my head. Hope that's some small help
