Default Low

Low are playing Glasgow University Union on Friday Feb 25th and Edinburgh Queens Hall on Saturday Feb 26th.

Think i may go to the Edinburgh date if the new album is any good.

the queens hall is the place for them, their new release is out in a couple of weeks
& its certainly a noticeable change in their sound.

noticeable change doesn't mean "change of direction", just a fuller sound. i think its refereshing that Low try different things. (Just listen to cd1 track 1 on the box set) After all Low have produced many majestic moments that other bands can't even dream of achieving in their respective genres.

£16.05 from seetickets.com (booking fee, postage etc included) plus potential of a free lift down and back if you're up for keeping me awake on the way back that evening.

I think Ripping Records were about the same, but unless you are in edinburgh you have to send them stamp addressed envelope. u could try the queens hall direct, but the last time i tried their tickets still wern't on sale; So i bought via ripping.

if the ghost is Brian, I hope you heard the pre-copy of The Great Destroyer, which was in Drakes office for about three weeks recently.

ps the queens hall gig is not seated tickets, so there is no real panic to get tickets
coz it will be nearest the front on a 1st come basis.
