A mate showed me that scene in AMerican Psycho because of my Genesis obsession and I (only half jokingly) pointed out that he has got his facts wrong as well as his opinions!

I'm having a Genesis phase again at the moment: I sometimes go for long breasks without listening and then I play them again and realise that nothing else ever seems to quite match them for that "tingle factor."

I lost interest when gabriel left....but I think I'd gone off prog a bit by then anyway, Phill's a great drummer though.

'paperlate' remains one of the best singles of all time and collins wore a neat tank top when they did it on totp!

Collins would still be one of the most respected drummers around if it haadn't been for the solo career...mind you if Clapton had died in 1969 and Hendrix was still with us would it apply to them too I wonder?
