Default The funniest thing I have ever heard on stage...

Last night, Starfall CD launch at the lemon tree:

Luke from Starfall said this before starting a song:

"Has anyone heard of a band called Pantera?"

(Considering 2 or 3 Pantera songs had been played back to back between the bands and most people were singing/moshing along, that seemed like asking if 'anyone has heard of a person called George W. Bush'...)

"Well, their guitarist 'Dimebag DALLAS' was shot on stage... [etc etc] and this song's dedicated to him!"

Oh deary me...

However, it was indeed a pretty good gig.

Starfall were good. I didn't like the other bands though.

What I found funny was that when Luke made that mistake the guy that pointed it out seemed to take it really seriously and looked pretty offended.

It was a moment you just had to be there for. The expressions on Bradley's face in the DJ booth were hilarious.

All was forgiven at the aftershow party (mainly because everyone was utterly cunted by then, and because the actual performance was fine).
