The ealy Napalm demos were quite different from what became Scum. More punk. Funny that they are still playing today with no orig members...

I'd only rate their first two full lengths before the guys more fully embraced metal.
Have you heard much of their early output? Have only heard their single contribution to Bullshit Detector.

Yeah there is a collected Peel sessions CD but the demos had a different lineup and sound

Just thought I'd say for those folks here who don't know, the Bullshit Detector series I spoke of - to which ND contributed a track called The Crucifixion Of Possessions, was put together (and released through their own label) by 80s anarcho punks Crass. All of the bands - Chumbawamba, Amebix etc who appeared had never been heard before. Aberdeen's Toxik Ephex appeared on the third in the series with a track called Police Brutality.
