I 've still got the programme somewhere, so I could find out for certain, but I seem to remember it was Florian Pilkington -something.

A mate and I roadied for them in the afternoon, and I joined in on piano (without anyone noticing)while they did "Paranoid" at their soundcheck (they'd toured with Sabbath not long before). We were asked to help after the show, but I went home. My pal stayed on, and got a kiss from Sonja for his help. I was jealous.

I AM a "scenie". My scene consists of me and one or two pals. We're kind of hidden from the mainstream "scene", so we're a very obscure scene, which we prefer to call "Ob-scene"

Are you DJing at Drakes again tomorrow, Graeme? It was most enjoyable last Saturday, although I ended up with a camomile & peppermint tea overdose!

Where do you go to hide from the Mainstream? Can I be in your scene? Or maybe we should just have a gang, I've never been in one of those!

We hide in the "backwaterscene". It's slow moving and murky....strange things breed in its depths, so naturally you can join!!

November 20th is a hell of a long wait. I presume someone will be spinning the shellac surprises tomorrow, though?
