Default 2 New Aberdeen Bands First Show

One band featuring Ex-Members of Alyssa's Wish and Liber8, the other featuring members of The X-Certs and My Mind's Weapon. I'm pretty sure that both bands are gonna sound completely different to anything else seen in Aberdeen, so it'll definitly be worth swinging by for. This also features Contra, which'll be swell.

One-Up. Saturday 31st July. 4PM. Bring Safety Helmets.

Um, I'm in one of the bands, and I've heard some of the others and I'd like to think I'm relatively well-informed as to what circulates in Aberdeen in terms of the local band circuit. I'm not saying that by sounding different it means that the bands will be better or worse than what already exists in our city. A hint of freshness perhaps...

Relative to what?

Not having a dig, just interested in who/what you're informed better than.

It was a generalising term, it didn't mean that I'm better informed than anything/anyone, but just that I consider myself 'in the know' to a decent degree!
