wierd venue though, and you thought drakes was small!!

was a bit bored by Stampin' Ground but as usual Broken Oath/Zillah/Eratta & Madman tore it up...

Broken Oath - First time I've seen 'em, and WOW! Awesome, terrifying and utterly brutal. How does someone so little produce so much noise? And musically, the songs are ace. Someone should sign 'em now.....

Zillah - I don't like them, but thats just my opinion. Proficient, but its all been done before and better. Burnt By The Sun are kings of this kinda thing at the mo', so Zillah bored me a bit...

Eratta (sp?) - Rubbish. Really dull, uninspired metal. Why bother?

Madman Is Absolute - Liked 'em lots. Bit sloppy, but first gig in a long while so I'll forgive 'em. The new stuff sounds awesome, and its good to see a Scottish band getting some recognition - now signed to Century Media! Crazy hardcore....

Stampin' Ground - Best band of the night! Tight as hell and twice as heavy! Great frontman, great songs, tiny venue - what more can you ask! Wish there had been a few more Glasgow hardcore kids through to liven up the pit, but all in all, an ace evening!
